We're renting the house we're in (the one you all came to for the surprise party) for 2-3 years and then we exercise the option and purchase the house. They work with you on just about everything and credit issues are not as big of a problem as you may think -- they work with you on that end of the deal too.
Very pleasant couple to deal with. Very forthcoming and I don't feel like they hid any details, omitted anything, or did anything "shady" in our transaction. We had 1 month to find a new place and get the kids out of that mold that was making them sick and Shannon and Keith made it happen for us. We looked at 2 different properties that they had listed and went with the one we're in. We couldn't be happier with our decision -- the house is the perfect size and fit for our family.
